Mission Statement

The Sex Offender Management & Monitoring (SOMM) program will develop a collobarative statewide system to protect the public by reducing sex offender victimization in Indiana.

A collaborative effort between Liberty Behavioral Health Corporation and the
Indiana Department of Correction.

SOMM Provides a Three Phase Program for the Monitoring and Management of Sex Offenders within the Indiana Department of Correction.
